HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE?

Please contact us either via the "contact us" form on the website or alternatively email us directly at info@ccglamkit.com. Our customer service team will respond to your email the same day. However, please allow up to 24 hours during busier periods. 

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

You will receive a confirmation email once that order has been placed. This will include confirmation that payment has been received, your order number,  the products you have ordered and the delivery address.

THE PRODUCT I WANT IS SOLD OUT?

We aim to re-stock products frequently. Be sure to check the website regularly for any new stock.

HOW DO I APPLY DISCOUNT CODES?

We sometimes offer exclusive discounts codes. To redeem your discount code, please select the shopping bag icon in the top right hand corner. Once the items are in your shopping bag please enter the discount code and click "Apply". If the code is not working, please contact info@ccglamkit.com and a member of our team will get back to you.
